Growth Manager?

Over the past few years, Pool Digital has been actively involved in developing digital services (SaaS). Through close collaboration with our clients, we now have services that provide significant customer value and effectively meet market demands. Therefore, we are currently seeking a key individual who will be responsible for driving growth in the domestic market and establishing the foundation for the Nordic market.

We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager who will lead the company's growth strategy in the IT/SaaS domain. This person should be analytical, creative, and possess a strong ability to identify potential growth opportunities, collaborate with the development team, understand user interactions with the products, and create viable growth models.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to drive the company's long-term growth based on the entire customer lifecycle (AAARRR).
  • Utilize data to identify opportunities and make decisions on how to best allocate resources for driving growth.
  • Establish and improve processes to ensure that each growth initiative is structured and achieves desired outcomes.
  • Further develop product packaging and productization of our services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of product development and user interaction.
  • Experience using data to make decisions that drive growth.
  • Experience leading others and bringing out the best in team members.
  • Excellent proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
